- We offer boarding, day camp, grooming or in-home pet sitting. Pets R Home is a special place that adjusts the type of care needed to your animals disposition. We know that your pets are most comfortable at home, but that isn't always possible. We try to give you options for what you think is best for your pet. Boarding and day care are for the "social butterfly" who loves to play or for the "only child" who gets depressed and lonely when left at home. For those mature pets who have special needs and medication, staying with us under a watchful eye is best for your peace of mind. In-home care works best for those pets that do not play well with others or pets that are not spayed or neutered.
- Our facility offers day camp and boarding all for the same price. We are open Monday through Saturday. Pets can be dropped off or picked up at 7:00am to 10:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Those that come for a grooming can play while they wait their turn, instead of being crated. Who said having a bath can't be fun? The dogs that come to stay with us will be integrated into a play group. This is done by size, temperament, personality and age. Non-aggressive behavior is a must. Every dog must be spayed or neutered with the exceptions of puppies up to six months of age. All shots must be current and presented to us in written documentation when the dog is dropped off. The "players" can expect the yard to have toys, balls, ramps to run up and down on, and baby pools to splash in. Shy and mature dogs can "take care of business" and come right back inside to lounge and relax. All dogs come inside for an afternoon "nap". They eat and recharge for more fun and play. The kennel sizes are 4x6 and 4x8 which every pet is allocated depending on the size of the pet. They will always find a treat or meal waiting for them. Pets can bring anything they want to make their stay more like "home"; toys, treats, blankets, beds or crates. We strongly suggest that you bring their own food, so their tummies don't get upset. Please bring the food in plastic bags or containers with their name and quantity given. Medication, if needed, is carefully administered. Your pets will get plenty of playtime, fresh water, meals am/pm and treats. Before your pets go home you may elect for them to have "more than a bath". This includes getting their ears cleaned and "furminated". This is the latest and best way to prevent shedding. We strongly recommend that you call for an appointment for a meet and greet before your pets first stay. This is helpful in making your pet more comfortable and alleviating stress.
